The Time Paradox

If you go back in time and change something, do you change the future? Or is the future already changed because you already went back in time and changed the present in that future? Just something to think about if you’re planning on going back in time to save a lemur from extinction so that you can cure your mother from a magic-borne illness that you gave her. Of course, you never would have given it to her if you hadn’t gone back in time to save the lemur, thus giving yourself the idea of how to get ahold of that magic in the first place. Don’t worry, when you’re a genius like Artemis Fowl this all makes perfect sense.
