Tally wants nothing more than to be pretty. And she will be on her sixteenth birthday, just like everyone else. In a distant future, everyone is the same. Everyone is made “pretty” so there is no jealousy, no competition, no wars. It sounds perfect. So why does Tally’s new friend Shay decide to run away?
